Refund Policy

Our official refund and return policy applies to all products, memberships, and digital programs offered by The Human-AI Workflow (“we,” “our,” or “us”) via https://thehumanaiworkflow.com.
Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or replacement for any product within 14 days from the original date of purchase.

For recurring billing subscriptions, refunds apply only to the most recent payment and must be requested within the same 14-day period.

After 14 days, all sales are final.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your recurring billing subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops any future rebills but does not generate a refund – it simply ends your access at the end of your current billing period.

3. Refund Requests

If a refund is approved, the payment for the relevant transaction will be returned to the same account used for purchase.

For subscription products, a refund will cover only the latest payment and automatically result in the cancellation of your subscription.

4. Technical Support First

When you contact us requesting a refund, our first step will always be to offer technical support or product guidance to help resolve any issue you’re experiencing.

We aim to ensure you get the intended value from your purchase before processing a refund.

5. Refund Method

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If that account has been closed, the transaction will not be eligible for refund.

6. Abuse of Refund Policy

Customers who repeatedly request refunds or abuse the refund process may be blocked from making future purchases.

Users found violating our Terms of Service may also have their right to future refunds revoked.

7. Return Approval

Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are subject to approval by our support team.
Approval is based on a legitimate reason or evidence provided by the customer showing why a refund is warranted.

8. Support Duration (One-Time Purchases)

For one-time purchase products, 12 months of support and updates are included by default.
Purchases of additional support extensions, updates, or upgrades are non-refundable.

9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 1-2 business days but may take up to 3-4 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

10. No-Refund Situations

We are under no obligation to provide a refund in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind about a product.
  • You purchased by mistake.
  • You do not have the technical ability or experience to use the product.
  • You request a refund as a gesture of goodwill.
  • You experience a personal or financial emergency unrelated to the product.

After 14 days, no refunds are provided under any circumstance.

11. License Revocation Upon Refund

By requesting and receiving a refund, you agree that your license to use the product or its assets is immediately revoked.

You must cease all use, access, or distribution of refunded materials.

Continuing to use refunded content constitutes a violation of copyright and intellectual property laws.

12. No Partial Refunds

We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time on monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions once a billing period has begun.

14. Feedback Requirement

To help us improve, we kindly ask that you share the reason for your refund request and allow us an opportunity to resolve any issue first.
